Cost Plan/Budget –quoting

A summarised cost plan is prepared by DG and submitted to the customer in easy to read format, not heavy on technical jargon, with an emphasis in highlighting all items included or excluded in the quote/specification.

We also bring attention to possible cost items that may need to be  factored into budget considerations, together with options to save potential costs.

An important aspect we strive to deliver in pricing  is...”no suprises”....throughout the budgeting process.

Full Construction

The full gamet of construction services are offered and utilised to provide our clients with a “One stop shop -approach”, Dg strives to deliver projects on time and budget and a critical factor is having reliable staff and sub trades to execute works as required. Many of the critical sub trades , plumber , electricians  have in excess  a 10 year working relationship with the Company and principal, which is testimony to the professionalism they have shown and quality of work they have completed.

Pools

We offer a full design and construction service , either in ground , above ground, DG specialises in Concrete pools, Pool Houses, Water features.

Hard Landscaping

Continuing with the “turn –key –package” we have regularly been requested to install and complete many “hard landscape” –fixtures , be it- feature external staircases, planter boxes, water features, stand alone fireplaces, loggias, patios....many of these items have added the finishing touch to fabulous homes.

Drainage

DG is a licensed drainlayer and as such, can complete any public or private drainage works that our projects require.
