Qualified Architect –after an initial consultation our team will work up a developed design to your brief , taking the developed design through to full construction drawings.

You will enjoy the design stages whereby we use Revitts, extensive 3D modelling,  visual out puts that let you see on screen animated walk through’s and views and features from the exterior  to interior of your new home. Customers have relayed,  this helps them immensely in visualising what the finished home would look like.

Drafting Design/Construction detailing

Minor renovations work are handled through experienced draftsman, whereby cost efficiencies are maximised. As with above services, 3D modelling is also available to check the renovations are what you are expecting.

Resource Consent Applications

Many of our projects have Resource Consent applications that are prepared and lodged with Local Council by DG.

Building Consent Applications

Full building consent applications  are prepared and lodged with Local Council by DG.

Civil Engineering

Doyle Group enjoys a long standing 18 year working relationship with Eden Consultants, whereby together we have overcome potential design and building obstacles for our clients.

All Civil engineering documentation/design and calculations, be it Geo tech, structural steel, drainage, excavations,  are obtained by DG.
